Crafty Little Mia has made these delightful earrings from some pretty vintage German flower beads she bought from Betty's Place. Isn't she a talented little missy? Pop over to Folksy to see her lovely shop.
If you have made something from items bought at Betty's Place be sure to let me know so I can feature you as well!

Folksy Friday
I have this hidden desire to draw and illustrate however nothing ever turns out as good as I see it in my head. So this weeks Folksy Friday picks are a little nod to all those absolutely brilliant illustrators. ( I found this hard to choose so look out in the near future for Illustrators part deux)

Chickens
So, I wanted to blog today but my brain isn't working so well. I ask my tweeples on Twitter what I should blog about and to be honest the response was kinda slim. But anyways, I did get some replies and of those I have chosen Chickens.

Cheeky Chicken by Swirly Arts
What do I like about chickens apart from that they are finger licking good? Mmmmm, well they are funny looking...and although they have wings they can't fly!! Bizarre
Chickens by Covetables
They give us yummy eggs to eat. What's your favourite way to eat eggs? Mine is Cake.
Chicken Noodle by Hilary Upton
I love being woken up at 4am by my neighbour's cockrel.......I'm being sarcastic!
Wooden Chickens by Half An Acre
But most of all I like them because they inspire people to make beautiful things like the ones above. So thank you Mr & Mrs Chicken for being there.

Folksy Friday
Betty's Place is joining the Folksy Friday Revolution! My picks this week are a little thank you to my sister for designing my banners and avatars and business cards for my new venture. This is one of her favourite things.
